Summary

Rodolphe Collet is the son of leading French trainer Robert Collet and has become very successful in his own right.

He enjoyed his first Pattern race success with Tigertail in the 2002 Group 3 Prix Minerve at Deauville. His best horse to date was Sahpresa, three-time winner of the Group 1 Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Another very smart filly, Nova Hawk, finished fourth in both the 2011 QIPCO 1000 Guineas at Newmarket and the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches at Longchamp, before finding only Immortal Verse too good in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot in June 2011. Ironically, Immortal Verse was trained by his father, Robert!
